Refund policy

1. Return Period
Customers may initiate a return or exchange request within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
2. Condition of Merchandise
All returned merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition. This includes original packaging, manuals, and all tags attached. Items showing signs of use or damage will not be accepted for return. For health and hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on beauty and skincare products that have been opened or used. This policy helps protect all our customers from potential contamination and ensures the safety and quality of our products.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
  • Products with a specific expiration date.
4. Restocking Fees
A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns. This fee will be automatically deducted from your final refund.
5. Return Authorization Requirement
A Return Authorization (RA) Number is required for all returns and exchanges. To obtain an RA number, please contact our Customer Support department. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of your return shipment.
